TI'm a little confused about my cycle and wondering if anyone can help

I took clomid cd 5-11 so as I understand I should ovulate 7-10 days after last tablet which would be from 30th March - 2nd April when would my period be due??
Would it be from14th -16th April? If so then that would make my cycle 31-41 days long!! I'm confused

Yup- ish. Are you not being monitored? Do you ovulate without clomid?

Hi there,

Put it into a spreadsheet for you, hope that makes sense.

Also posted you a snippet from an NHS leaflet on Clomid

Also I guess your cycle is rather long here as you took Clomid later than what is usually suggested (usually CD2-CD6)? If you monitor your ovulation then you might have a better understanding of when AF will show up (then again I'm not sure if Clomid messes up ovulation symptoms?)? Did you ever ovulate before going on Clomid, if so do you know your luteal phase length as that would help determine roughly when to expect AF too.

I really would suggest you go see a new GP and ask for them to talk you through how it all works and ask about monitoring just so you can be refreshed and have a bit of peace of mind

lolli18 · 09/04/2018 16:55

Yeah sound like a plan! Although my doctors doesn't have a gyne now would a normal gp be able to? I was monitored at first I started them in July and have had 1 miscarriage since in November
