Hi all, those of you who took b50 vitamins how long did they take to work? I took for a solid month last month in the hope they would shorten my cycles. I ovulated a day earlier (CD 21) but still had a 33 day cycle with 2 days of spotting. Previous months were 33 days, 27 days and 31 days. So unsure if I should carry on for an additional month?

What are you trying to achieve? Vit b (b6 specifically) is said to extend luteal phase...

Ideally I'm trying to achieve an earlier ovulation with a longer luteal phase and no spotting before period is due if all that is even possible. Or a regular consistent cycle length with regular ovulation days 😊

Have you researched agnus castus? That's more likely to help, but could be just as likely to completely ruin your cycles.

I get it. I have long, slightly irregular cycles that average about 35 days. I honestly think you just need to live with it... it's a pain to have fewer chances, but the things you describe shouldn't stop you getting pregnant.

I did have a look at the Angus cactus but I also have a thyroid problem and read somewhere it isn't advised to take the two medications. I'll try the b50 for a following cycle I Think - just so unsure if they are having a negative effect on my cycle or not!
