I had spotting from weeks 3-5, then slightly heavier bleeding weeks 5-6. Test lines were slowly getting stronger. At 6 weeks I passed a small clot, then the pregnancy symptoms went and lines got fainter and bleeding stopped abruptly. Has scan a few days later expecting them not to see anything, but there was still a ‘collapsing’ pregnancy sac 6 week size. A week later and still no bleeding and still have faint positive test. They are repeating scan in a week, but I feel in limbo. Seems by body thinks it has finished miscarrying. Just wondered if I might reabsorb the sac or if I will need D and C?
