Is this a positive opk?

Hi All

I’m on my second cycle (cd11) and decided to test for ovulation this morning and got this?! Is this a positive or should I try again tomorrow/few days?

Doesn't quite look positive yet, the line needs to be as dark, or darker than, the control line.

Doesn't look like you're far off a positive though so I'd test twice a day now.

That's pretty much as good as it got for me, my test line was NEVER as dark as the control line. But my DD says i ovulated! So I would definitely see it as my fertile time...

Aww thanks - it’s my husbands birthday tomorrow so will have fun ‘trying’ 😜

Going to buy digital tests for a clearer result.

Just wondering does an opk go darker when at optimal and then lighter again?

I tested on Thursday evening and it was a line nearly as dark as control line but not quite, then this morning I tested again and it was lighter?

Does this mean I’ve missed ovulation this month?

We have had sex Mon Tue Wed but I’m thinking my ovulation may have passed as it’s getting lighter in tests?

I find them really difficult OP. If they got darker & darker & now are getting lighter you have probably ovulated. But looks like you DTD around that time anyway. I conceived after never getting a true positive on those tests so I either missed it timing wise or it just never came up! Either way, I'd say you're in the game...!

Fingers crossed for this month then..... could be a new year baby!! I obviously ovulate earlier than predicted as my ovulation is supposed to be Sunday according to my Flo app

DId you track any other way OP? Cm or temp? If not I'd still test when your Flo app suggests just incase!

No it’s only way I’ve tracked so far......

Will track over weekend and try to DTD just incase xx
