Advice about agnus cactus

My periods have been weird since stopping the depo last March. I have a 30 day cycle followed by a 15 day cycle then 30 again and so on.
So in january I started taking agnus cactus.
Amazingly I have now had 2 normal 28 days cycles. The problem is they have been super light. They last 5 days but there is really hardly anything there at all. Surely that can't be good for trying to get a nice thick lining.
So do you think if I stop taking it will they go back to weird cycles.

Hi @Depoisthedevil Not sure I can help, but I also was taking Agnus Castus and still am and I am convinced this has helped me have 2 regular periods now after waiting almost 8 weeks on my first period after stopping cerazette, though mines have been lighter than normal. But possibly just stopping the depo has slightly changed your flow.

Why not try a cycle without them and see what happens, and see if stopping changes your flow?

I stopped taking the depo last May and I've had similar cycles to you since nov I tried Agnus Cactus for 2 months and nothing changed for me :/

@Depoisthedevil since you've been off the depo over a year it might be worth going to see a doc for some blood tests, that what I was told to do once I had been off the depo more than a year if my AF is still irregular.

Yes I went to the Dr's and she did blood tests and sent me for a scan too. Just got to go back on Tuesday for results. See what's going on.

My flow was normal before taking agnus cactus. Just irregular.
But I think I will stop taking it and see what happens.
