Norethisterone, will it change my cycle?

I have taken Norethisterone to delay my period. Stopped taking it today so I haven't got my period yet. But from your experience what will my period cycle be like after this?
for example, with my 31 days cycle, which scenario will happen?

1 -my delayed period was due 29th March, with medication it was delayed 2 weeks until 11th April, will my next period come 29th April then 30th May?
or
2 - My period was delayed until 11th April and comes 31 days later on 11th May then 11th June?

There are so many mixed messages on the internet for this. I cant find an straight answer.
Thanks.

It's not really that straight forward, that's why you're struggling for answers.

Your period will likely come in the few days after you stop taking it; when the hormones wear off. Your period won't wait until you were next "due".

It'll then regulate itself back to its normal schedule, although that takes next to no time for some people, and a fair few months for others - just like some people get awful PMT when on it and others don't.

I was prescribed this a few years ago post mc and it really helped. My cycle (luckily) went back to normal the next month so it didn't delay or change my periods after I stopped taking the course. I hope it does what you need it to do and then your cycle goes back to normal quickly.

I took it for a week to delay a period in August. My cycles are very regular 28 days. After finishing the norethisterone, my cycles were as follows: 34 days, 24 days, 32 days and 26 days. I don’t know if it was the norethisterone tbh but seems very coincidental that it only happened after taking that and my cycles had never been odd before.
