ok iam just a dab confused ,
when is the best to count to ttc, is't from your first day of your period, or the from the first day of your last period

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what you are asking.
CD1 (cycle day 1) is the first day of your period and you keep counting until you have your next period.

I think maybe you are asking when you would be fertile. As Beansprout says, day one of your period is day one of your cycle. You normally ovulate ten to fourteen days BEFORE then end of your cycle. So if you cycle was 28 days (and few peoples are) you would ovulate between day 14 and day 18).

BUT if you haven't had a period to count from then perhaps you should do a test

BTW the best way to get pregnant is actually to have a lot of sex on a frequent basis. That way there will always be sperm available when the egg shows up.
