Hello, I've read a few old threads on here about the Fitbit heart rate indicating ovulation/implantation etc. I've been using digital OPKs since CD9 with FMU (as instructed by clearblue) and not one smiley yet. Is anyone an expert (or you know, just someone who's done a lot of googling 😆) in interpreting these charts? Would be really keen to hear thoughts on it if you are!

AF/CD1 was 9th March. I had a miscarriage earlier this year so don't have much previous data to compare. Cycle is 29 days at the moment and has been regular the past two cycles since mc. Not really getting any strong ovulation signals though since mc. Used to get quite obvious abundant CM but not been the case lately. So starting to wonder if I'm not ovulating anymore...

So just coming back to to this, I ended up with a positive OPK last Friday (31st March) and my RHR charts have done this since. AF should be due this Friday but I'm hoping it's late (well I'm obviously hoping it doesn't show at all, but I'd be reassured if it was late as it would mean my LP would be normal) given the late ovulation (CD22).

Anyone else in the TWW that wants to compare charts with me? (It's a bit annoying that I've crossed into a new month so my chart splits but it's basically carried on increasing into April as can be seen on the 'last 30 days' one with a 1bpm drop today)
