Bleeding after combined pill

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences to what to expect coming off Levenelle (combined pill). I've been on it for around 14 months after the implant (too much irregular bleeding). DP and I are keen to start trying soon after our wedding next month but I don't want to start that until after if I'm likely to bleed randomly. Anyone care to share? TIA.
