NK cells and IVF

Hi everyone,
I’m about to embark on my 3rd IVF cycle (last two failed), and have recently had immunology testing for NK cells, which has found high levels.

I will be taking baby aspirin, pregnisilone and clexane, does anyone else have any experience and positive results from the same process?
