Pregnacare Warning!

Thought I'd post just to share my experience of taking pregnacare conception as I wished I'd searched online before taking them!
My Dr thinks I had vitamin toxicity which made my legs and hands have pins and needles and burning sensations in them. Now I've stopped taking them this is slowly returning to normal.
I also had bleeding mid cycle and a longer cycle than usual, making me think I was pregnant. I have tried other vitamins in the past and have never had this reaction before. Also worth noting, I'm not stressed at the moment, diet is good and dont really have any other reasons for the above. After reading online it seems others have had a similar experience with messing up their cycles!
Anyone else had anything similar?!

Well that’s certainly food for thought! IVe been wondering why I’m all of a sudden experiencing pins and needles quiet frequently!!

Ahh! I've been getting this too! Taking pregnacare conception. It was starting to worry me, plus I thought it could maybe be early preg symptoms 😥. Thanks for sharing !

I got terrible sickness with them a few years a go. It mimicked morning sickness and got my hopes up so many times.

@WhiteRabbitWhiteRabbit I have been having nausea every day too with a dizzy feeling. Pretty gutted now I know it's probably the vits lol!

I have started spotting since I started taking them and my cycles are longer. I do also get pins and needles in my hands at times and I often get dizzy when I stand up.

I thought it might just be down to the stress of TTC... Food for thought!

Expensive conception/pregnancy vitamins are a total waste of money.

Seriously, unless you live on Haribo and McDonalds just buy a vit D/folic acid supplement, Boots do a good one for around £3, you really don't need anything else.
