So confused. My opk this morning was + i waited to test for 3 hours had 2 cups of tea and my opk was nothing like the 1 this morning. Any advice welcome please x

2 cups of tea?! Your wee is more dilute.

Yeah you are not supposed to drink very much for 2-3 hours before testing as it dilutes your urine. If urine is diluted it won’t detect the hcg level accurately. Don’t drink anymore for a while and test again

Some women's hormone surges can also be very short - advice to me from gyno when using the tests! If you can see a consistent pattern with the line getting stronger and weaker she told me you can make a reasonable guess when your surge was.

Is your line weaker, or completely gone?
