Has anyone had these early pregnancy symptoms

Hi all, just wondered if anyone has had dizziness, a weird tingling feeling in their body and pins and needles in hands and legs as a first sign of pregnancy?
Probably just wishful thinking! AF is due 26th March and I did have some dark brown, light bleeding on 17th and 18th March. Just have to wait and see I guess!

I have suffered dizziness/feeling faint in this and a previous pregnancy. The dizziness this time started before I got my BFP. Good luck.

I'm TTC #1 and having the same symptoms! Weird swollen hands and tingling feeling.
Couldn't work out what it was but hoping it may be a good sign then
