Period type cramps day after ovulation

Hi ladies. Anyone experienced this? Could I just still be ovulating? (I ovulated yesterday - I think) tia xx

Yeah I get these every month hun I get a positive opk then almost 2 or 3 days later I get these cramps which can last a few days into the tww!

@owlpatrol. I get cramps three to four days after surge on kit so now wondering if that’s the ov when the pain is there or before when the surge comes or the blank bit in the middle,???? Confusing!!!

I've been diagnosed with ovulation pain. For me it's only ever on one side and not like a period cramp, more like I'm being pocked with the handle of a wooden spoon on the inside of my body

Yeah I think it's totally normal @Looby18 and this could be why so many of us struggle to determine when we actually ovulate other than charting temp or getting a blood test
