Positive 10miu but 25miu only very faint

As above really... Positive 10miu IC yesterday and negative 25miu, this morning slightly stronger positive and 25miu starting to show a line. I'll attach a photo of the latest 25miu.

Really worried, 11dpo and history of 3 chemicals plus one DD age 2. Any thoughts? Should the 25miu be stronger now?

Hcg doubles every two days so maybe a line would be stronger tomorrow. BUT a line is a line. Are you testing really early? You should wait until your period is due at least

Ubercornsdiscoball · 22/03/2018 15:42

I see now 11dpo. That is still really early. Wait a few days

jaychops · 22/03/2018 15:42

The photo won't seem to show even though I'm posting it! Argh. Definitely faint line and pink anyway

Seriously, wait. Especially if you have experience with chemicals pregnancies. It seems almost torture for yourself

jaychops · 22/03/2018 15:47

It is torture! But I feel like I need to know what's going on so I can see my GP if necessary

You need to wait until your period is due. Seeing a GP at this stage wouldn’t help or change anything. They can’t prevent chemicals or early miscarriages. As I say, hcg doubles in 48 hours so maybe try tomorrow but I would seriously advise waiting

jaychops · 22/03/2018 16:06

I mean to be aware of the chemicals so I can discuss with GP if they keep happening. Thanks for your advice, I will try to wait!

I’m not sure the GP can help you with chemicals. When tests weren’t as sensitive people literally didn’t know about them. They just assumed it was a regular period. It’s a shitty time and I have my fingers crossed for you

YoohooDorothy · 22/03/2018 16:34

Do you have a long history of infertility? If not, then there isn't anything a dr can do at this stage.

YoohooDorothy · 22/03/2018 16:35

Ah sorry, i see you said you had had 3 chemicals before. Sometimes i think early testing makes it harder.

AnneLovesGilbert · 22/03/2018 16:42

Good luck OP. I've never had a BFP at 11DPO and I've then gone on to have 5 BFPs after.

Twice I've had a BFN at 12DPO and then a vivid BFP at 14DPO.

Try and distract yourself and do another with FMU tomorrow or Saturday.

jaychops · 22/03/2018 19:58

Thanks all for your advice. I did cave and test with a frer which came up with quite a strong positive so fingers crossed.

Ubercorns - there are often things that can be done if a problem is identified so I'm trying to stay positive 😊

That looks a strong positive
Agree with pp though gps won't investigate for what they class as 'chemical' pregnancies. My gp wouldn't even class me as pregnant till a couple of weeks after my period was due as very early mcs will not be to do with problems with you and certainly before your period is due are not uncommon
Good luck with this one

jaychops · 22/03/2018 20:07

No but they will investigate if not successfully pregnant after 12 months, chemicals or not, and I feel it's good to go with as much information as possible.

Thanks for the good luck wishes!
