Royal jelly or maca root?

Tried Maca for about four, six months? Noticed nothing. First cycle using royal jelly twice a day. Not seen any changes yet...

That's a shame - fingers crossed the royal jelly might help. I might get some royal jelly capsules and give them a go for a couple of months - I guess it won't hurt!
