What does this mean?

Hello, my period is late. Not sure how late exactly as only started tracking last month so not 100% how long my cycles are. Last period started 17th Feb and lasted 4 days.

I have taken 3 pregnancy tests. 2 yesterday (first thing and luch time) and once first thing this morning. All negative.

I have sore boobs like it’s my period. But that could be pregnancy as well? Are pregnancy tests wrong ever? Could I be too early to show on a test?

For background I have been trying sinse August 2015, and I am technically quite old for all this Reproductive malarkey so trying not to get hopes up...

How are you tracking your cycles?
Are you taking your temperature?
I used a method called FAM to avoid pregnancy for a few month after coming off the pill, just to get to know my cycle and then also to conceive. By doing this you can pinpoint when ovulation has happened and from there you know when to expect your period, depending on the length of your luteal phase. There's a book called taking charge of your fertility which I highly recommend.
For now unfortunately, no one can tell you whether you're late or not. Of course it can be too early to show on a test. Cycles can be anything from 20 to 100s of days. And yes, they can be very irregular. I'm afraid for now you will have to wait and see what happens. Good luck you get your BFP soon!
