Confused when I will ovulate?

Had withdrawl bleed 22nd Jan, then roughly 22nd Feb had light brown only for a few days then last week had which I think was more of a proper AF. Just not sure when I will ovulate, have got ovulation tests, did one this morning which was negative, according to flo app tomorrow is ovulation day and says high chance of getting pregnant. I have read ovulation can happen roughly 14 days after the first day of your last period, I'm on cycle day 7 according to flo. X

Af tends to start about 14 days after ov. So if you have 30 day cycles, ov is on cd 15-16. At least, that's a rough guide. Apps aren't plugged into you and are only as good as your data. Keep testing. The app will get a bit better once you're in a regular cycle.

@physicskate thank you for replying, knew that apps aren't 100 per cent and can only give you a rough guide, will keep on testing, is once a day enough would you say?

Once a day is generally fine until lines start to darken. Then go for twice a day.

Do the opk between 10am and 5pm if you're just doing one, rather than fmu.
