A blue and pink line?

All knowledgeable ladies I have confused myself with a pregnancy test.

I have done a pregnancy test for the past 4/5 days and all positive so I am pretty sure I'm pregnant. I did one today and there is a blue and pink line.. has anyone ever come across this? I always thought it was pink dye or blue dye?

A blue and pink line?

Isn’t one of the lines the control line?

confuddledconfudle · 20/03/2018 20:05

Yes but shouldn't they both be either blue or pink?

The other tests are either all pink or all blue

What do the instructions say?

frasier · 20/03/2018 20:09

Perhaps it’s faulty? I’ve never seen that before. What colour does the test say it should be?

frasier · 20/03/2018 20:10

Congratulations btw!

confuddledconfudle · 20/03/2018 20:10

I don't have instructions - major fail. I'm not concerned just interested if anyone knew why.

Well it’s weird but you are definitely pregnant, so it’s interesting out of curiosity but I wouldn’t worry.

umizoomi · 20/03/2018 20:15

Why do you keep doing them?! Hmm

confuddledconfudle · 20/03/2018 20:43

@umizoomi to make sure that it's correct - I can't believe it. It took 2 years of fertility treatment with lg so to fall pregnant naturally in just a few months is just so unbelievable to me. I never actually thought it would happen for me again.
Plus I have a cupboard full that hopefully I won't get to use before they go out of date at the end of the year

Does that satisfy you? Hmm

Enjoy all the tests! Congratulations!

toastedbeagle · 20/03/2018 22:05

Its boy/girl twins. Fact

toastedbeagle · 20/03/2018 22:06

Ps I took 38 pregnancy tests the first month we tried ! I remember the "just one more!" feeling!

mintchick · 21/03/2018 08:22

Ha ha ha Grin @toastedbagel I have b/g twins!

mintchick · 21/03/2018 08:23

@toastedbeagle sorry autocorrect changed it!

confuddledconfudle · 21/03/2018 08:25

@toastedbeagle haha brilliant - I will let you know. I hope not, as although I would be very blessed, with a clingy 1 year old I'm not quite sure I would survive

@mintchick lovely to have twins and I'm sure the bond between them is amazing to watch.

mintchick · 21/03/2018 08:34

@confuddledconfudle they're the same age as your small one... also so clingy.... very hard work! But yes 💙💗

Iro your test tho, never ever seen that before! What brand is it?

confuddledconfudle · 21/03/2018 08:36

It's randox (same type GP uses where I am)

I have a few, I will do another one today to see what comes up. I did notice last night that it is out of date March 2018 so maybe that would be why?
