First cycle after miscarriage TTC

I wondered if any one could help me.
It's my first cycle after my induced miscarriage. I would really like to TTC but I'm not sure when I will ovulate.

My first period lasted about 10 days .. Spotting at first , then heavy bleeding afterwards and back to spotting again.

When is it normal to ovulate ? Xx

Unfortunately, your body may react differently after the mc. Before my mc I had regular 29-day cycles. The two afterwards were around 36 days (they went back to 29 days after that, not sure if the acupuncture I started having helped with that) and opks confirmed LH surge in week 3.

So there's no real way to tell. Either use opks and bbt to pinpoint ovulation or just dtd every two or three days throughout your cycle. You may find they go back to your norm after a few cycles. Good luck.
