TTC missed period

Hi I've got a question I'm TTC and am 17 days for my period I did a pregnancy test after 7 days came back negative I had a blood test and doctor told me looks like am mid cycle how is this possible I haven't had a period and could I be pregnant still I think 7 days might have been to early to test

7 days late is not too early, at all.

It's probably because you've had delayed ovulation, which is very common every once in awhile. Ov happens about two weeks before af starts, so late ov = late af.
