Hi - this is my first post! iM 27 ttc #1. Was taking cerelle (cerazette) for 5 years with no AF and came off in Dec. Had bleed in Jan, AF in Feb, and AF due 3 days ago. Before last two AF, I had all the symptoms you can imagine. This cycle I've had nothing, but today I have sore nipples & have had a weird sensation of something pulling on my left side down in lower abd, very faint pain (as in, not hurting, but can feel it). I have read everywhere that Implantation Cramps are a myth, & doctor not sure what this could be (not ectopic), and my tests are BFN. I wonder if I ovulated late, and my AF is actually not yet due? Or if anyone else has experienced anything similar? Hard to trust a male doctor on how my period should be feeling! Flowers

It sounds most likely to do with coming off birth control. Your body needs to adjust to these changes and you’ll experience a lot of odd symptoms, lack of symptoms and weird cycles for a while. They tend to get back to normal around 6 months but it can take up for a year for your body to readjust and your cycles to fall into a normal, regular pattern
