Please help my agonising pain..

I have been ttc since I had my last depo jab on 15th February of last year, and have had quite regular periods since December, I came on last month and finished 2 weeks ago, except on Friday I started bleeding again, Very dark blood, then stopped until yesterday evening when I sat on the toilet (sorry for tmi) and LOADS came out of me, and since then I've had pain where I've circled in the picture attached, I've never had pain like this and I'm just wondering if anyone can shine any light on it before I see a nurse tomorrow morning.

Could be a ruptured cyst? Or possibly an infection. Definitely see a doctor, if the pain is that bad I would go to a&e asap tbh

Bubblegum- thank you, it's only really bad when I need to pee, other than that it's not unbearable but still noticeable

Ring 111 for advice or out of hours Gp? You are obviously sufficiently concerned. Trust your instincts I would say. You know your body best.

I’ve had this myself. Severe ovary pain when going for a wee. I ended up in the emergency dept as they thought it might have been a ruptured cyst and they can be very dangerous. I would maybe call 111 and see what they suggest because if it’s a cyst, it’s best to get it treated soon as possible. My pain wasn’t a cyst in the end, it was inflammation due to switching birth control but better to be safe than sorry
