Anyone take ubiquinol?

I've read that ubiquinol helps improve egg quality, especially in ladies on the wrong side of 40. Although I'm not entirely convinced.

Does anyone have any success stories. What dosage do you take and is it ok to take during fertility treatment? Do you stop after you get your bfp?

Thank you and sorry for all the questions!

I take it. I'm not a success story. I'm 34 and ttc for two years.

Thanks for replying Physicskate. What dosage do you take and where is the best place to buy it from if you don't mind me asking.

I take 500mg a day. I bought it from amazon this time as I've just increased my dose (and thus wanted one tablet to cover the amount). I have had stomach issues with some brands (and I have a pretty tough gut), but this one seems ok for me.

The dose comes from the bible: it starts with the egg.

Thank you, that's really helpful.
