Frustration!

Got my first peak fertility on clear blue today after 3 cycles was so happy as I was worried I wasn't ovulating. Told my husband, got silence then well you still have the flu and I'm not feeling great so we might as well wait till next month!

I'm frustrated! I am ill but after paying out for two cycles of negative, I honestly would do it all day snot and all!

Am I being ridiculous? My husband thinks I am and thinks it will be fine to wait till next month whereas I'm worried I won't necessarily get a positive next month.

Don't worry hun you're not being ridiculous I've been like this with mine some months it's so annoying and yes they have pressure to but let's face it we do all the work in terms of planning...maybe gently persuade him for afternoon deeds? Xx

Tomorrow will still be a fertile day, see how he feels then. Too much pressure can be a turn-off though - you may get on better if you don’t tell him when you are ovulating and just aim for sex every other day making sure you catch your surge day or the day after.

Also are you testing once a day? Sometimes doing a second test later in the day when you get close to ovulation can be better for picking up your surge. You can use cheap testing sticks bought online if you don’t want to use all your CB ones.

This cycle I got high fertility at 10am but then got peak with a repeat test at 10pm after a four hour urine hold.

Thank you for the advice. He is feeling a bit stressed out by it, but has said he really isn't feeling up to for it. We've decided not to test next cycle and just dtd a couple of times a week. See what happens. I

I'm still really upset though as I feel there is still a chance now, but he just isn't interested. The more upset I get the more he says he feels pressured. I really hate this. He has been away with work all week too which is why we didn't dtd any other day. He thinks it's the travelling that's upset his stomach. I'm just taking it really badly as I feel like this could be our chance and we are just going to waste it on the off chance of getting pregnant next month.

Sorry for venting on here, but nobody else really knows where trying, so I have no one else to talk to.
