bbt when ill

Does anyone have any experience tracking bbt when suffering with a cough/cold?

I've been tracking temp for a year now and have a really clear rise of between 0.3 and 0.5 degrees Celsius after ovulation when drops back down within a day or 2 max of AF arriving.

AF arrived a week ago, around the same time as a bad cough, AF was pretty normal, but temps have remained up. Has anyone else seen high temps due to illness?

Are you still feeling unwell? If so then I would say the illness could affect temps, mine were all over the place when I was ill.

I'm still unwell, but on the mend and don't feel too bad, I'd expected my temps to at least start to drop now rather than remaining consistently high

I don’t want to be ridiculous but was it definitely AF? Have you done a test?

BFN, I guess my body is fighting this bug for longer than I thought!
