Is leaking boobs an early symptom?

AF due today just had a hot soak and my very sore breasts are both able to produce a yellow liquid.....

Could this be a early pregnancy symptom? Bad a bfn on Wednesday....wondering if its time to retest?

No it isn't generally. Have you given birth or been breastfeeding within the last year? It's generally a sign of high prolactin, which you should see your gp about. It's an easy fix.

High prolactin can prevent conception.

I don't think so, I've never had it until the last few weeks in my pregnancies
