Tiny faint line - stronger than the ends ... that's 11dpo with a FRER...

Can anyone else see it or am I going mad???

Can't see a photo? X

MonaTheMoaner · 15/03/2018 14:17

Did it come up in the expected time frame? If so that's definitely a line and not particularly faint!

EL332 · 15/03/2018 14:19

@MonaTheMoaner I thought it was super faint - it came up like that within a minute...

Looks good to me!

Bubblegum89 · 15/03/2018 14:30

Did you take the test apart?

EL332 · 15/03/2018 14:31

@Bubblegum89 I did - I couldn't see it properly but the line was there before it came apart...

That's the picture inverted... it is a faint line but there is something there I think ... I hope...

You shouldn’t take them apart. Once you do, the test is immediately invalid. It’s because evap lines can appear and so when you take the test apart, it looks like a line when it’s not. I would get another test and don’t take it apart this time and then you’ll know for sure

Celebelly · 15/03/2018 14:56

I'd be very vary with FRERs taken apart.

I had one last month that I took apart out of interest. Within seconds of taking it apart, there was a very obvious dye run that looked like a dark, pink line. It had colour, it was dark, and extremely visible when I put the text back together, but it was a negative.

Especially with it being stronger on the ends, that can indicate a dye run.

It could well be positive but don't get your hopes up based off this one test as FRERs are not infallible and can get dye runs and evaps when you break them open.

Celebelly · 15/03/2018 14:56

wary* not vary!

EL332 · 15/03/2018 15:05

@Celebelly @Bubblegum89, I'll test again in a couple of days - can't see it being an evap as it was instant and the line was there before I took it out the casing ... if it was a due run do you think the line would be as straight?

I take on board what you've said, just clinging to the hope I am indeed pregnant 🙏🏼

This is the one I got last month; this was after I took it apart and put it back together. It was very pink but it wasn't positive and def not a chem. It was just from cracking it open.

But equally yours could be the start of a BFP! Keeping my fingers crossed for you x

Thanks @Celebelly I hope you have better luck next month 🤞🏼

Aren't FRER evap lines more grey? That line looks like it has colour on the line as well as the edges. Can you test again today OP? Ive never had a false positive on pink dye tests but had one that wasn't an evap on a normal Clearblue.

EL332 · 16/03/2018 19:15

I'm out of the country now but will be testing Monday Smile
