ovulation pain

Yesterday I got 'peak' fertility on my dip stick and the got ovulation pain in the afternoon.

The dip stick went form low fertility to peak over night though.

When will I have actually ovulated? Is it when you feel the pains or shortly after?

Sticks indicate yourovulating the pick up the hormone

I used temp charts they show temp change just before

Using both together and checking fluids can all help
They worked for me aged 44
