BFN on CD27 (approx 7 DPO) - am I out?

I know I should know better as I am TTC #3 and so have lots of practise holding off testing (or not!). I am thinking I might be out this month but looking for some positive stories in the hope I may not be out!
My last 3 cycles have gone 31 days, 35 days, 31 days. I have been using OPKs and had a strong line around CD20 – DTD the night after and also before. Now my OPKs are showing negative so I am pretty sure I did see ovulation and it fits with my usual timescales.
Anyway I have been testing on loads of internet cheapies and all negative. I bought a FRER and it was negative .
I reckon I am maybe 7 dpo – I cannot exactly say when I ovulated, but I had a dark OPK which I think was positive on CD20. Has anyone tested negative at this stage and gone on to have a positive. I have in previous pregnancies but I was using tests that are not as sensitive which I feel might be why I got a negative then a positive a week later.

This may be a pointless thread as I thought I Ov'd CD18 but saw a post from when I was CD20 saying I thought I had a positive OPK so maybe I am just testing a bit too early?

7dpo is way too early. Try again in two/three days.

@Cloud9889 any update? I'm in a similar position to you and wondering when to test...

13dpo and BFN :( I have realised I might not be quite 13dpo though - my positive OPK was CD20 so if I ovulated in CD21 or 22 I would only be 11 or 12 DPO. Anyway fingers crossed for you. I have internet cheap tests from amazon so I test all the time !
