So this month we used pre-seed, I had positive OPK's on CD15 & CD16 and we BD on CD 9/12/13/14/15/16/18 but AF has just started...

Any advice for anything different we can do to help ourselves next month as I feel at a bit of a loss now?

You need to be patient.

This is not in your control. The only thing you can do is make sure there is some sperm up in there at around the right time. TTC-ing "harder" won't make you pregnant but it will make you miserable and crazy.

Sorry to here af came, I've read having sex every other day or every two is better for sperm, it worked for me but I think a lot of its down to luck I aso used vitamins, cut down on caffeine and drank loads of water. good luck 🤞

Totally agree with the PP who said it's pretty much out of your control. Women get drunk and live off McDonalds and cocaine and fall pregnant every day without even trying. Other women live the healthiest lifestyle possible and have sex at all the right times, and still don't get pregnant.

There's nothing wrong with trying to be a bit more healthy, and of course you need to be having sex around ovulation, but otherwise I honestly think it's a game of luck and it will happen when it happens.

Sorry, I know that's such a shit answer. I know the frustration of 'we're doing everything 'right', so why isn't it happening?' I hope you get your BFP soon.
