What is HSG?

Hi Runtus, its similar to a smear, I know they force a solution including saline through your tubes to see if it comes out the other end, its proper name is hysterosalpingogram and you also have an xray of your uterus and fallopian tubes, it shows up any abnormalities/adhesions etc etc, so if the saline solution/dye runs through my tubes then that confirms that they are ok. We already know I have PCOS and endometriosis, but was successful 5 years ago concieving, DD is now 4 years old, I've been ttc for 2 years now, but only got to see a gynie (thanks to NHS waiting lists) in April, been on Metformin and Clomid since then,
