Help! When should we did?!

Hi,
TTC, have been using OPK and had a peak fertility result today. So when to dtd? Every day, every other day? Everything I read is different, the SMEP says to do it 3 days in a row and then have a day break and do it again.
Anyone have an experience or ideas...

If you getting a positive opk do it that day and it can't hurt to do it for a few days after the positive aswell just to give yu every chance

Ideally you should be having sex a few days before a positive opk, the day of and the day after. You can dtd every day of your fertile week or every other day, it doesn’t make a difference. My fertility doctor said it’s a misconception that you shouldn’t dtd every day (unless you have issues with sperm)

I'd agree that waiting for a peak is a bad idea. Start the day your period is over and try every other day until you are absolutely sure you're a few days past ovulation. Our FC says this gives you the best chance of having a good quantity (not every day) of fresh (don't leave it too long) sperm at the right time.
