I'm only about 4dpo so have a while to go yet but I have absolutely zero symptoms. Not even 'baby' songs on the radio, so I already think I'm out this month.

Spotting this morning, so feeling deflated. Going to try SMEP this cycle coming - what other top things should I try this month?

BDFT don't don't! You're not able to get symptoms until you implant which is usually around days 7-10 so you're certainly still very much in!

@Englishpetal89 I had spotting! At 7dpo and then around when my period should have come. It just never showed though!!

@TwittleBee you're still way above cover line. Don't worry about dips. You're still higher temps. If it helps I'm defo pregnant and have lower temps than you right now!!! Hahaha

BDFT yeah true, I suppose my temps have all been a bit lower this cycle. Last cycle I was a bit under the weather too.

@thisisouryrfx18 thanks! I'm hoping as it's my first that it's a week or so late to skip actual Christmas Day! But as we all know, as long as we have a happy and healthy baby it could come during Christmas lunch straight from the chimney and I'd be delighted. Yes I know that didn't make sense...!

GoldilocksTheGraceless way I look at it (and I am a NYD baby so I have experience) having a birthday around xmas is brilliant because it means I am always off school/work (I appreciate this depends what industry baby will be in) and I can ask to join my xmas and birthday gifts together to get a large present too! Everyone is super festive and up for celebrating and generally speaking there is just such a good atmosphere around that time!

So my sciatic nerve is playing up.... haven't had issue with it since about 1 month post-birth with DS, suffered terribly with it from 1st trimester with DS (never had it prior pregnancy) so yes I am now using this as a sign that I could be preggers rather than being miserable because I am in pain.

aaaaand I just threw up.... been feeling nauseous all morning. Either I can expect a BFP or I am just ill. Can't even leave work though as they are super pain in the arses about being ill

@TwittleBee ahhh fx!!!! I have still mild cramping and lower back ache . Af due in 10 days.. I can't stop eating... usually v picky but today I am a machine . By 11am I was on crackers and cheese and that was after toast lol. I know the progesterone secreted by the corpus Leuteum increases appetite so I can't use that as a symptom ffs 😂🙄.

@TwittleBee aww r u ok? thats a gd sign tho surely i know its super early but my mum says she knew she was pregnant with me before she even missed af cause she felt sic constant r u still at work?❤@Goldilocks id b the same tbh im ttc #1 thats soo xciting!
