@RoseRuby26 my mum said she literally got pregnant with me and all my siblings within about a month of TTC! I've only been trying for a few weeks (came off my pill 3 weeks ago) but hopefully I'll follow in her footsteps! On the other hand, it took my sister 9 months to conceive her first baby, so only time will telI guess!!

@RoseRuby26 my mum fell pregnant with me by accident with a guy she only saw every few months so that must have been quick to say the least. Then fell pregnant with my brother 5 years later after agreeing to ttc 2 weeks earlier. I thought I would have a similar experience but turns out not so much! Frustratingly does mean that my mum has no idea how this feels and has as much tact as a very tactless thing!

...I think I needed to get that off my chest! 😂😂

Also, tried grapefruit juice the past 2 days, OPK still very faint so if I get bfn this month I'll chat with a doc to see if I am actually ovulating. I've tried temping and my bbt is very low (35.5) so I'm hoping I'm doing it wrong.

Work tomorrow again so hopefully will take my mind of things! Hope you're all feeling good

@RoseRuby26 my mum was a ballet dancer and was massively underweight. She ended up on clomid cos she wasn't ovulating and after about a year and a half she went back to the doctors for a checkup and found out she was 6 months pregnant. She was getting negatives on tests! (That was with my brother) and similar thing when she fell with me, but she jumped straight on the clomid and found out at 18 weeks that she was pregnant.

Me - I was trying for a year, got our bfp in December 17, miscarried in Jan, and now on cycle 3 since. So who knows!!

AF due today and feel horrendous, my boobs are sore and they usually stop the day of AF, my back is killing me, I keep burning up and I feel sick so of course I took a CB digital haha was obviously negative, AF still had all day to show herself!

Ooh @DaisyMay25 finger and toes crossed babe. Clear blue isn't very sensitive so give it a couple of days!! Eek!!

@DaisyMay25 ahhh fingers crossed for you, maybe try one f those first response pink dye ones? They seem to be really good for most people!

I am getting so impatient waiting, Come to the conclusion that I may have ovulated on 31st March or 1st, not 100% but I think I may have... so just going to wait now!

@DaisyMay25 everything crossed! Can't be nice being in pain like that though, back pain is the worst. Hopefully there is the best reason for it!!!

I've figured that I am now firmly in the tww and will go by the FF predicted date of 1st April as O. So I'm guessing I'm 2dpo right now.

I'm going to take in as much iron as possible to try and build up a cosy uterine nest 😂😂😂 enter the daily bag of spinach! 🥗

Still nothing to report, I'm going crazy, just a little bit of spotting, I'm not hopeful but I'm trying to be optimistic!

I'll probably test in the morning if no AF today, I've got some pink dye ic's

Ooh @DaisyMay25 I'm 8dpo today. I'll test tomorrow. Had a tiny bit of pink when wiping last night. But nothing since. So I'm hoping it's IB. I had it with my last bfp. We'll see. I'll know by the weekend.

Hey ladies, hope you all had nice Easter breaks. I'm just trying to catch up a bit now.

RoseRuby26 so mum didn't have to really try to conceive with my Dad for me and one sister but with my youngest sister she had a different partner and that took a while and they had a MC too. Pregnancy was terrible as well, my mum and step dad were basically incompatible and to keep baby alive in mum they had to do blood transfusions through the womb 3 times a week. Sister was born prem too at 29 weeks but she's now 12 years old and completely fine! Not sure if there is necessarily much direct comparisons between mum's and daughter's pregnancies as so many other factors involved.

thisisouryrfx18 no where did you read that?

DaisyMay25 and Cakelaur oo oo sounds like it could be a BFP soon for you both?! FX.

I'm CD10 so 7/8 days till Ov day which means we are certainly DTD tonight. Got grapefruit for later too haha

@TwittleBee sounds like me and u are v similar cycles I'm cd 13 and due to ov in about 6 days although could be less as I'm getting ov pain and flashing faces on Cb Digi...reckon I'll go earlier? Lower back pain too! The grapefruit juice has quite a tang . How much of it are u drinking? I can manage one small glass lol xoxox

@TwittleBee on other ttc forums it says avoid if u have a family history of ovarian or breast cancer kinda putting me off drinking it now

@lolacola13 i think grapefruit juice is soo sour!😝 but i read on here to try and dilute it with water just make sure u drink more since its obviously less concentrated

lolacola13 cycle buddies. Hoping we get lucky this time round! Bloody love grapefruit juice so a glass a day is easy for me haha what's hard is preventing myself from finishing the bottle.

thisisouryrfx18 you know that is a worry actually. I need to get my breasts checked. We have a history and past 3 months my right one has been leaking and started to notice puckering and shooting pains now... I've been so busy though especially at work so haven't had time to go GP. I'll lay of rasperberry tea for now at least.

Hi all! Sorry I've not been on just got back my holiday this afternoon - a full week of eating.

I had to test today due to the clearblue trial and got a nice little surprise.....

Had zero symptoms at all. Was a little seasick but that's it.

I think this is a lucky thread I really do...Thanks
