Me and my husband have started trying this month so I am very new to all this. I took a pregnancy test last night and this happened..(see photo attached). I then took a digital clear blue and it said not pregnant. I am so confused? Can someone help?

I can't seem to add a photo? I'm useless!

I don’t think you can add photos if you are a new member. If you’re not new, it’s the paper clip icon at the bottom of the page. If you have two lines on a pregnancy test then you’re pregnant. Digitals require much higher levels of hcg so often take longer to detect a pregnancy

Agree with @bubblegum89 but could do with seeing a pic, was the line faint and what brand for the 1sttrst?

jadem1990 · 07/03/2018 17:46

Thank you for responding so quickly! It was a clear blue, the vertical line was faint but it was definitely there within the time. Seems like I can't attach photo as I am a new member. Thank you!

Those type of clear blue are horrendous for evaporation lines, how blue was the line and how thick also was it faint or as bright as the other line?

I really wouldn't trust those tests. Get a pink dye one, such as a first response.

Never trust a clear blue faint line. Was it the test with the second diamond window? If so even worse. So many threads about those!

Looks like the digital was wrong, I took it on the day of my expected period and not pregnant. I have just taken another 3 days after my missed period and It says pregnant 1-2 weeks. I had a very faint positive line on the first test I took, then the two I took after were all negative. Seems like you can't rely on the negative result! I knew my body felt different!

Congratulations!! Must of been too early

It wasn't 'wrong', it just wasn't sensitive enough to pick up your early pregnancy.
