Spotting and tender stomach

I was due to ovulate over the weekend and on Friday morning I had very light spotting. Since then I've been getting a sharp pain in my left boob on and off, I feel a little bloated and my uterus or lower abdomen area feels bloated and tender. What could this be as this is my 1st cycle off the pill but I had my withdrawal bleed straight away when I came off it.
I've read that some people can get spotting around ovulation time but is the tender uterus feeling normal aswell.

Just got a positive opk so I have obviously ovulated later than expected but is it normal to have cramps for 2 days before you get a positive opk and I only had EWCM on Monday night

Ovulation cramps are very normal, yes. After coming off the pill, you will experience stuff like this along with many other “odd” symptoms as your body readjusts and you feel the effects of ovulation as obviously you don’t ovulate whilst on the pill

After being on the pill nearly 12 years I had completely forgotten what it felt like for my body to just do it's thing
