Should the line be darker than this now?

My period is 4/5 days late. Got a bfp on frer at 10dpo and then only tested for a couple days after that, all positive and line getting stronger.

I did a boots preg test (2 for £4.99) Saturday and the line wasn't as dark as I thought it should be. So did another just now and the line is basically the same, maybe a little darker. But so pale for being nearly a week past my period?

Ok step away from the tests. It will give you no peace. Lines are different depending on loads of things. Brand of test. How much you have had to drink. Time of day etc. It's not a fair test at all. It most definitely is a positive test. Congratulations

I understand that this is probably a desperately longed for pregnancy. I understand that its exciting and petrifying in equal measure right now and you will not relax totally for the next 9 months and your little baby is in your arms. BUT, the darkness of the line makes no difference whatsoever. It's a line. A lovely and clearly very positive line. You're pregnant. Yay!!! Congratulations!! Now have a cup of tea and breathe.
