Positive opk 6am advice

Good morning ladies!
Finally had my positive opk this morning at 6 am after negative yesterday at 9pm. Bd'd straight after the positive ( desperate I know Grin ). Do you think we need to bd again tonight or early tomorrow? Or will this morning's session and an early afternoon be enough to catch the egg? Just aware that after lh surge most ovulate 12-36 hours later.

It can't do any harm to DTD again later. I did the same. Positive Opk on Thursday, DTD that night and again the next afternoon (Yay for snow days). The more the better.

Sorry to be negative but opk tests are not meant to be done on first morning urine. We've always got some level of the hormone in us and I guess it builds up overnight when we don't wee as often! I'd still keep trying opk tests!

Another negative point sorry! Good quality sperm takes about 24 hours to make so doing it multiple times in a day means the sperm isn't of best quality. You're better off doing it every day or every other day. Of course there is always a chance the sperm will make it if you do it multiple times a day!

Don't do them with fmu it says not to x

This is with the clearblue fertility monitor and advanced digital opk which specifically say to use fmu. Been using normal cheapie opks and still positive now and will test again in the afternoon!

Oh no. I just looked at the boots opk with more awake eyes, the line is very slightly lighter ( so negative) did I get a false positive from both the advanced monitor and the cb digital opk then?

You are best dtd BEFORE a positive ovulation and on one, so this morning's effort was not wasted! Personally I'd do it again tonight and tomorrow if you feel like it.
