Hi everyone!

TTC #1 and on cycle 3, we've really gone for it this month and I feel positive about our efforts. I've read online that you should eat pineapple core and try to keep warm, has anyone got any tips for encouraging implantation? Old wives tails or not :)

Luck.

Honestly, there is nothing you can do to help implantation. Conception is a total lottery. The only thing you can do to “help” anything is to have sex on your fertile days to give yourself the best chance of conceiving. Other than that, it’s sheer luck unfortunately. I’ve been ttc for 18 months, all my tests have shown there is nothing wrong with either of us yet we have still had no luck despite doing all we can. Track your fertile week, dtd when you need to and keep your fingers crossed, that’s all you can really do. Good luck.

Just try and get to know your body as well you can. There's a lot of signs you can look out for to know when you're ovulating. Take some vitamins and try not to stress 😊

Thanks ladies, I had a feeling it was but thought I would just ask :) I've bought a pineapple to give me that palcebo haha! I'm doing the clearblue fertility trial this month so that helps to justify my obsession to poas! Fingers crossed for us all 🤞🏻

@Ginge12 I'm doing the clearblue trial too, I'm in the control group and it's been a god send not peeing on things! Fx for you though

@DaisyMay25 I'm in the control group too! I was a bit disappointed because I haven't tried ovulation tests yet but least we get them at the end (hoping to be pregnant by then though!)

I'm due in 11 days and haven't heard from them yet not sure what happens but I think we have to do pregnancy tests on certain days 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Ginge12 I'm testing on Sunday, af is due Saturday, they email me on Wednesday and I received the stuff today, but it's really simple, just what you did last time with the first test
