Just wondering has anyone used soy isoflavones to help with ovulation? Or heard anything about them? I have weak ovulation from my left side & this month havent ovulated at all. Gyno has said she will put me on clomid in 3 months if i havent conceived but was reading about these & thought may be worth a shot 🤔

I did. It resulted in one of my two chemical pregnancies in the last two years. I was put on clomid a few months later...

I used the Holland and Barrett ones. There's about a 23mg dose in each one and you're meant to take double the dose you would of clomid on cd 2-6. I used to take about 5 of the soy and now on 50mg of clomid.
