9dpo very faint line

Hello just wanting some advice really. I am 9dpo and have got what I think is a faint bfp this morning. I am just worried by how faint it is. it was taken first thing in the morning on a cheapy 20miu/ml test.

I think the reason I am so worried is that my last pregnancy ended before Christmas in a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I found out at 9dpo then also but with a first response and the line was much thicker. Does anyone know if a first response is more sensitive?

I will try and post a picture can anyone else see a line as almost worrying I am tricking myself an should I be worried by how faint the line is?

Yes a first response test is much more sensitive so you'd definitely get a stronger line on that. I wouldn't be worried. Dpo9 is still quite early. Most people wouldn't get a positive test at that point.

I think that's quite a dark line for 9dpo, especially on a cheapie...congratulations!

I understand why you're concerned because of your previous miscarriage (very sorry for your loss ).
Honestly though, a lot of pregnant women wouldn't even get any line at 9DPO so don't worry about it being faint. I think it's actually quite a strong line for 9DPO.
