Help... assurance... advice please!!

Hey guys,

I had a MC 8 weeks ago. Not felt right since, been fobbed off by Doctors.. until today....

She did an internal and found loads of discharge and when prodding my cervix it was bleeding. She’s given me strong antibiotics and need to return in a week. I’m scared that it’s bleeding....

Anyone been through the same?

What is it that worries you specifically- the bleeding? If so, the cervix can be quite sensitive to hormonal changes. I’ve recently had a colposcopy to investigate abnormal bleeding, and she touched my cervix which started to bleed; she told me to expect some spotting. She explained that parts of the cervix are almost like the inside of your cheek and prone to bleeding etc. Everything was fine. Did you get swabs taken? Try not to worry - I know it’s hard xxx

Yes, I wasn’t expecting her to say you’re bleeding. She said there was so much discharge aswell she couldn’t see my cervix very clearly.
She didn’t really say why either, then when she mentioned smears, sexual partners (I’m all up to date with these tests) it’s sent my thoughts crazy wild!!!

I’ve jusf felt shit physically and emotionally since the MC xx

Doctors just have to cover all of the bases. I got asked exactly the same questions a couple of weeks back and also had s good cry, fearing the worst.
