What does this mean?!?!

Hello I need some advice

I've only included the last 24 hours worth of OPKs but I've been testing for much longer - yesterday I got a static smiley face on the clearblue digi followed by 3 strong +ve OPKs.... now this morning the OPKs are starting to fade with the last one taken at 11am looking negative to me....

What does this mean? Have I ovulated? Not ovulated?

Generally ovulation happens 12-72 hours after your surge starts.

Some people can have multiple surges in a cycle and fail to ovulate.

It's impossible to say if you've ovulated unless you do a progesterone blood test 7 days after suspected ovulation.
