hmmmm, I did SMEP this month and had a similar dilemma. I decided not to have sex that night as I am always guilty of over doing it then us both not being up for it when it mattered. the next morning I got a strong positive so started the 3 day session from then! if you are up for it though I guess it wouldn't do any harm to start tonight!

You need to be having sex in the days leading up to ovulation. Once you get a positive OPK that might not give enough time for the sperm to reach the tubes/egg. So I would start yup 😊

I thought sperm meets egg plan was having sex every other day when your period stops until a couple done days after ovulation? Then you cover more time, and there’s no benefit to every day vs every other day.

You have sex every other day until a positive opk....then you have sex every day for 3 days, a one day break then have sex again just one last time
