CD1...any cycle buddies out there?

Hi thought I'd join up and see if anyone wants to join a thread for some moral support. I'm 32. Currently on cycle 3 officially ttc#4. Been NTNP for the previous 2 years with 2 chemicals in between. Gutted to see AF arrive again today but trying to stay hopeful for next cycle. Good luck to all you ladies!

Hi @Wackadoodle84 hopefully we will both have our positives before the end of March hey. DH and I have decided to try our version of SMEP this month....we've done the whole trying everyday thing and that's not worked so now going to try dtd every other day instead lol. I've also been on low dose aspirin (on the advice of a medical doc) after a previous loss and some other medical reasons at that time which didn't work so been doing some research and this month we're going to try some yoga, some zinc supplements, some evening primrose oil (before ovulation only) and some Brazil nuts, Vitamin B complex and Omega 3 after. Know it's all down to luck of the draw but I like to feel like I'm doing something haha.
