Pregnant after chemical?

Hi all
I had chemical pregnancy starting 5/2/18
Bled for about 4 days faint positives which got fainter but never fully neg
Starter to try again soon as bleeding stopped
Ovulated 2 weeks ago
Took test 2 days ago
Faint positive
Went to doc expained everything got bloods took
Just rang doctors got results hcg 25 ....
To be repeated in 48 (if I can get to.doctor as snow hear is horrific)
Opinions?
Pregnant or hcg from chemical 3 weeks ago
(I would have been at the most 2 weeks pregnant when I had chemical)
Please help so confused

Hi I'm certainly no expert and would hate to get your hopes up but my hcg was already down to 37 as I started bleeding and had bloods drawn with my first chemical/early loss at 6 weeks then went down to 7 only 48 hours later so my experience is that it drops fairly quickly after such an early loss. I did a test a week later and it was negative. I then fell pregnant again the next cycle which was confirmed again but sadly lost that one too. What I'm trying to say is that 4 weeks after a loss at 4 weeks I would suggest levels of hcg to have gone back to normal unless there was any tissue left over so the likelihood is that this is a new pregnancy. Only an increase at your next blood draw will confirm this for you. Good luck! X

Oh and if you've ovulated again since I think that would indicate that your hcg had gone back to normal though opk sticks are not always a true reflection of this. Did you temp at all to confirm?

I have suffered miscarriages before and always had a neg after at the most 2 weeks (and that was after being four months pregnant)
So as you can imagine my head is all over
Also my boobs are feeling tender ( but somtimes think this is me trying to convince myself)
Iam not 100percent sure I ovulated just my usual signs but didnt take temp or do ovualtion tests...
Im new to all this so sorry for being so useless with info !
