Hi all I’m 1dpo and it’s our first time using opks and in our 2ww we’re also using Conceive plus and lying with legs elevated after

I’m very nervous this month and will try my best not to symptom spot and poas obsessively (maybe once or twice a day )

I know the feeling @potkettleblack2 want it soo much but atm I just want bfp or af fed up and I can tell my body is too. Anyone else just generally feeling meh? Bloated, achy, not bad enough to say your ill but just shit? Lol. I'm sure something is going on in my stomach but what I have no bloody idea. X

Bfn for my today ladies. Defo too early to test! 8dpo 🙈 but feel like I'm out this month anyway. Roll onto next month and some Christmas babies!!!

@Daisymay how are you getting on?? That sounds really positive re: implantation bleeding. I'm going to be testing on Saturday as well.

Got my bfp a couple of days ago on frers, but AF due today, so positive in a tesco test feels more ‘offical’
Things I did differently this month: used conceive plus lube, took pregnacare preconception vitamins (contains zinc and b12), and used a cheap ovulation kit. DTD on the day I got a positive.

I'm new here! TTC #1 on our third cycle but only had first pos opk this month. I'm 7DPO today and the wait is killing me. I have so many symptoms this month! I can't believe how crazy this is making me Reading all of your posts really helps!

Based on my usual 32 day cycle, I was due AF on Sat. There's been no sign of it, but also only getting BFN and I've been testing every day with FMU since Thursday last week! I've felt clammy, hot and tired today so on impulse walked to the co-op and have just tested in the work bathrooms. I'm pretty sure there's a line! I've not told anyone yet (it's literally happened 10 mins ago). So weird as I think my period is about 4 days late but no sign until now-I even had two glasses of wine last night.

I see a line too :-) huge congratulations!!! don't worry about the wine last night it's only in the last few years test could pick up pregnancy this early and people have happy healthy babies after weeks and weeks of not knowing and drinking so enjoy the moment x

Bfn for my this morning. But getting weird pinching in my uterus. Could be AF. Who knows. Currently enjoying a glass of wine with hubby in case it's the last one I have for a while.

What's the earliest anyone has known someone to test dpo and get a bfp? I've never been pregnant (I'm 32) so don't know how but I am so convinced I feel pregnant, silly I know. I'm 8 dpo.

I've seen plenty on here test 10dpo and get a faint +ve but the longer you can hold off the more likely the test can pick it up. first response says it can detect if 5days before your period so work with that if you arnt sure when you ovulated

AF due in 7 days for me but had no symptoms of her imminent arrival or any other symptoms for that matter 😕 so thinking this might not be our month?

I'm out ladies spotting yesterday was the start of AF and today she is here full force no anniversary BFP but we will try again next month... I'm ok with the idea of a Xmas baby :-)

How's everyone else going?

BFN this morning with FMU at 9dpo. Boobs feel quite full and sore at the side but that's about it. I am on some strong pain killers for a bad fall at the weekend though (doctor knows I'm ttc) so I'm not sure if that's masking any other symptoms. I would imagine there would be even a slight line around now?

Feeling a bit low today. Still, at least if it is defo negative I can get merry at my 30th birthday party 😬

@rosieposies some people don’t get a positive line until after their af arrives, you’re not out yet

@rosieposies I’m 9dpo too haven’t tested yet but I’ve been using opks to curb my poas addiction and I’ve had stark negatives from my ovulation date but today I had a positive so I’m confused and googling a lot lol

@SpidersWilliesOnYourFrillys may sound silly (but I'm a total newbie lol 😂) but does peeing on an ovpk if your hoping to take a pregnancy test in the next week or so, tell you anything?
I'm starting to want to test (but deliberately didn't buy any frer for this exact reason!).....but Indo have a drawer full of cheapie opks?!

Hi @MrsM2017 you don’t sound silly, I’m a newbie to opks too I’ve read loads over the years but first time using them for a full cycle. I have a bag of 30 left and I had read previously that apparently an opk can pick up the hormones of pregnancy before or around the time you may get it on a hcg test. Opks and hcgs are similar though hcgs have the 1 chemical reaction to have a positive line if your pregnant.

Apologies if that doesn’t make sense I’ve seen a few theories on it and some are conflicting
