12dpo and BFN!!

Anyone else at 12dpo and tearing their hair out?!

After a week of zero symptoms, the past two days I have been experiencing ALOT of milky cm and the constant crampy feeling of impending AF! Been running to the toilet thinking she's here but it's just lots of cm. I never get cramps, or any real pms symptoms so I'm hoping for a BFP? Still super white BFN Sad

12dpo is still early for a BFP. I also get the exact symptoms you’re having (lots of milky cm and cramping) sometimes around 12dpo. You’re best waiting for a late period to test tbh. Good luck

What even when you get BFN? I have the opposite symptoms to my usual pre period body. I guess maybe I'm just hoping!
