EVAP OR POSITIVE??!

So on Thursday I took a first response test, looked at it within one min seen bfn, then I’ve just picked it up now again out my draw and can see this? Is this evap would you say I’m normally due my period the 30th of each month, obviously unsure on this months date so not sure if I’m seeing things ? Thanks

If it’s been a week since you took the test then I’d say it’s an evap. If you’re not due your period until 30th then taking a test last Thursday wouldn’t show up a potential pregnancy yet.

I'm pretty sure that the reason they tell you to bin the test after use is because lines can develop (evap lines) after the test dries and get your hopes up. I would say that the result you got within the time-frame was correct, and I suggest you throw the test in the bin now

If your period hasn't come by the weekend though, test again as it'll be officially late by then and the test should be more accurate :)

I'm sorry Hun I'd say it's more likely to be an evap. I don't like the FRERs because I was getting loads of these last month but they were darker. I know they were evaps because I had bloods done on the same day and they came back negative.

I can see two lines but I don’t know much about Evaps x

I can see something on the first pic, but can't tell what colour it is. Maybe try again in a couple of days?

I haven’t took another test yet as I would normally be due on the 30th of each month so not sure on date I would be due on wether it would be tomorrow xx

I don’t see a second line on either picture. You have to read your test within the 10 minute time frame and anything that comes up after that is invalid. Best to wait for your period to show and if it doesn’t, test again and make sure you check in the time frame

I’ve had several evap lines come up late on frers when not pregnant.
